Please choose your products carefully, as we do not offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind.
However, you are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair under Australian Consumer Law if the item has a major problem. A major problem is when the item:
- Has an issue that would have stopped someone from buying it if they had known about it
- Is unsafe
- Is significantly different from the sample or description
- Does not do what we said it would, or what you asked for, and cannot be easily fixed
If the issue is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it cannot be repaired in a reasonable time, you may choose a refund or replacement.
