Aeroflow Blue High Pressure Electric Fuel Pump Kit Kit Includes AF49-1009 Fuel Pump & AF49-4500 Blue Regulator

The Aeroflow Blue fuel pump is a high pressure fuel pump which operates at a free flow of 110GPH at a set pressure of 14psi (0.96BAR). This meets the flow requirements of high performance carburettor applications. This motor draws 2 amps of current and an 8amp fuse is recommended. Compatible with Unleaded fuel only. This fuel pump MUST be located below and as close to the fuel tank as possible. This is necessary to allow for an adequate fuel supply. It is designed to push the fuel and not pull the fuel out of the tank. The pump should be mounted on the chassis, in a vertical position with the pump motor at the top.

Aeroflow bypass fuel pressure regulators are designed to precisely control the fuel pressure from the fuel pump to the carburettor. Too much fuel pressure for a given needle and seat assembly can overload the needle and seat and may cause flooding or drivability problems. These billet aluminium regulators are fully adjustable from 4.5 to 9 psi, so regulating the fuel pressure to your engines needs is a simple task.

These regulators are the perfect choice for fuel systems running a return line to the tank with added benefit of less load on the fuel pump resulting in quieter fuel pump operation, cooler fuel and improved fuel pump life. Available in Blue, Black and Red anodised or Polished finishes. Suitable for use with pump fuel, E85 alcohol and diesel fuels. 3/8" NPT ports with a bottom return.
